When your losing weight, it's the little things that add up, this list will give you the small tips which add up in a very large way!

  1. If your looking for fast weight loss, you need to constantly be shocking your body. That means enjoying your favorite foods from time to time keeping your body from recognizing the same patterns of food intake. This is a method that I used to explode my extremely fast weight loss.
  2. Stay focused on a per day basis. It's very important to have goals, but you have to take one step at a time. Putting too much on your plate too soon will cause you to fail mentally which will hinder your ability to have fast weight loss. 
  3. Don't over-exercise. This is a very important topic. When you exercise, you use up the energy your muscles have stored from the food you eat. This energy is called ATP. When you exhaust all of your ATP, your body has to go to the next energy source, which is unfortunately your muscle. You need your muscle to burn fat, so try to keep your cardio sessions to 30 minutes or less for maximum results! 
  4. Drink plenty of water! Water is the essential part of the human body. This is pretty much self-explanatory. Water helps nourish your body and helps flush and rid it of the fat and chemicals you don't need!
  5. Don't eat after 9 pm. If you eat too soon before going to bed, you will have a very difficult time experiencing fast weight loss. Any excess in your stomach will ultimately store as fat, and your body slows down considerably when you sleep. Try to keep it light after 7pm and no food after 9pm to ensure fast weight loss!

  7. Try not to get too stressed out. Fast weight loss comes in stages. Don't be discouraged if you have a bad week or two. If you focus on losing weight too much, you may become depressed about it, releasing un-needed cortisol into your system, which is an un-friendly chemical making your body store fat. Stay positive at all times! 
  8. Keep track of your weight loss. Some people prefer to weigh themselves every day, some prefer every week. Fast weight loss can be very motivating in and of itself. So whether your weighing once a day or once a week, be sure to keep track of your progress!
